The university has an inhouse Information and Computer Technology Cell (ICT) which maintains and manages the university website and supports administration department in its activities. It handles all the technical matters of university and provides technical support to all the employees as required. It also regularly monitors online public grievances lodged into Ejanaspandana portal.  It works as Nodal Officer to Higher Education Council of Karnataka and provides all the information asked by HEC as needed.  They also coordinate with respect to the University NAAC Accreditation process and UGC and MHRD administrative reforms related matters.

KSU’s Women Redressal Cell has been in existence since 2014. In recognition of the Institute’s belief that its employees and students have a right to be treated with dignity and respect, the Cell works proactively towards developing a safe and secure environment for employees, and to ensure that all students may gain their education without fear of prejudice, gender bias, hostility or sexual harassment.
